1. Purpose and Scope

These general terms apply to the sale of tickets for social experiences organised by
Paris Speakeasy Tour and booked via the website https://speakeasyspiritsparis.com.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Access and Eligibility

Participation is reserved for individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity.

3. Service Description

  • Each ticket grants access to a social experience held on Thursday at 7:00 pm, including one
    complimentary drink.
  • Any other consumption is at the participant’s expense.
  • Exact event details (address and group information) are sent by email on the Wednesday
    before the event at 8:00 pm.

4. Booking and Closing

Bookings close on Wednesday at 6:00 pm.
A change of date is possible until Wednesday at 3:00 pm, subject to availability.

5. Price and Payment

The price is €29.90 (VAT included) per ticket, payable online via a secure payment system.
Payment confirms the booking.

6. Cancellation and Refund

No refunds will be issued after booking confirmation, except in the event of cancellation by
the organiser.
If the organiser cancels, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

7. Liability

The organiser cannot be held responsible for :

   ● Loss or theft of personal belongings.
   ● Incidents occurring outside the event framework.
   ● Delays or inability to perform due to force majeure (strike, bad weather, disaster, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written consent.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

10. Modification of the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be sought before any legal
proceedings.
Failing that, the competent court will be the one of the company’s registered office.
